Metagenome analysis

The direct sequencing of the total DNA in the sample is referred to as metagenomics, whereby nanopore technology allows the comparison of long DNA sequences. In this way, DNA viruses, archaea, bacteria, fungi and protists can be detected simultaneously. The increased sequencing depth required and the use of mainframe computers to identify the organisms in global databases make the process more expensive. If you are interested or have a complex diagnostic question, we would be happy to investigate your problem "metagenomically".
